A warm Lancashire welcome awaits you at Brindle Distillery, the home of Cuckoo Gin, where you can experience everything from making your own gin in one of our Workshops to discovering the stories behind your favourite gin on a gin tasting experience.
Gin Tasting
Get an insightful talk about our distillery and the Cuckoo Gin brand, with plenty of G&T’s along the way.
Join us at the distillery for a relaxed experience hosted by our team of experts. The team will guide you through our core principles of Provenance, Sustainability, Community and Quality, all whilst serving you with five of our finest international award winning gins. You will even get the chance to meet Maggie, our gorgeous 500 litre copper column still.

Gin Workshop
Ever wondered how to make the perfect bottle of gin? Let us guide you through the art whilst you sit back and enjoy a taste of the full Cuckoo Gin range. Then it’s over to you…
Combining a gin-making workshop, an informal talk about Brindle Distillery and our award-winning Cuckoo Gin, five perfect serve cocktails from across our range, and snacks, the Workshop offers an experience like no other for the keenest of gin fans.
Led by an experienced member of our team, you will learn how to design and distil gin, dreaming up your very own recipe, then picking your botanicals and having a go at distilling your gin on your mini copper-pot still.
Once your gin has been approved by our expert you will be able to bottle it in one of our exclusive Workshop bottles, to take home and share with your friends, not before trying it yourself of course, in a classic G&T!
Learn about Brindle Distillery & Cuckoo Gin and create your own 70cl bottle of gin under the guidance of our Master Distiller.

Cocktail Masterclass
Whether you’re a mixologist in the making or just want to have a crack at creating (and drinking!) some cracking cocktails, our Cuckoo Cocktail Masterclass throws in big measures of flavour, flair and fun.
Join us for our fun and relaxed cocktail masterclass, as our team highlight some crafty creations that feature our range of Cuckoo Gins. On the evening, you’ll discover the intriguing origins of each cocktail and have the chance to mix and enjoy three Cuckoo Cocktails, right in the heart of our distillery, with plenty of time to relax and chat in between.
The Cocktail Masterclass ticket price includes three Cuckoo cocktails and nibbles, as well as a £5 discount off any of our Cuckoo Spirits Range.
