Cuckoo Spiced Gin is made with ingredients that are locally sourced and grown on our farm. In the distilling process we use fresh spring water from the artesian aquifer in the field next to our distillery. Still unmistakably Cuckoo Gin in style, but with warming aromatics on the nose and the palate as soon as you take your first taste.

Cuckoo Spiced Gin features clove, ginger, cinnamon, fennel and lemongrass, followed by spicy Tellicherry black pepper (considered the finest pepper in the world) then mellowed with hints of jasmine, fig, rosehips and the unmistakable scent of tonka beans with a sharp orange finish.

Cocktail Inspiration
Spiced Gin Backstabber Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves 1
60ml Cuckoo Spiced Gin
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup (1:1)
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
15ml of Egg White
Ginger slice or crystalised ginger garnish
Hibiscus Flowers
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain your cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the Ginger and Hibiscus Flowers

50ml Cuckoo Spiced Gin
150ml Premium Indian Tonic
Slice of Orange & Rosemary Sprig
Method
Fill a gin hi ball or balloon glass with ice. Add gin, tonic and give the drink a light stir. Add garnish, light the fire and enjoy!
