Celebrating a local hero

Named after a boat owned by local naval war hero and Titanic survivor Charles Lightoller, Cuckoo Sundowner Rum is made using a combination of our homemade Lancashire white rum, expertly blended with South American white rum. The best of both worlds!
Aged for over six months in ex-bourbon whiskey barrels, our blended rum is lightly infused with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, ginger and natural honey.
The honey we use is made on our farm by our very own Lancashire honeybees. They enjoy the nectar they collect in the wildflower fields that surround our distillery building.

Our Supremo Vodka was inspired by working with our local coffee roasters, Roberts & C0, along with the huge appetite for coffee themed cocktails on our distillery bar. Columbian Coffee Beans, along with Premium Madagascan Vanilla and Cacao Nibs are vapour infused with 100% British Wheat Spirit distilled in the North West of England!
Well-balanced acidity and a delicate body. It starts off sweet and with slight notes of tart fruit and finishes with a bittersweet, dark-cocoa note.
Sip neat over ice or make a classic Espresso Martini. Perfect in classics like a White/Black Russian or a Mud Slide.
