Supernova Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves 1
60ml Cuckoo Supernova Gin
25ml Aperol
25ml Lime
25ml Simple Syrup
Top with Tonic or Soda
Garnish with a Slice of Grapefruit and
Sprig of Rosemary
Method
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake fast for 20 seconds, double strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Sprig of Rosemary and Grapefruit Slice.

Ingredients
Serves 1
50ml Cuckoo Supernova Gin
150ml Premium Indian Tonic
Slice of Lime and Fresh Thyme Sprig
Method
Fill a gin hi ball or balloon glass with ice. Add the gin, tonic and give the drink a light stir. Add garnish, do a little dance and enjoy!
