Cuckoo Gin is made with ingredients that are locally sourced and grown on our farm. In the distilling process we use fresh spring water from the artesian aquifer in the field next to our distillery.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
Citrus. Floral. Refreshing.
Cuckoo Signature Gin is a complex gin. It has a smooth mouth feel to aid those who like to sip. After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour then develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemons. Also with a lingering taste of cinnamon spice and liquorice. Our Cuckoo Signature Gin is dry on the finish with a peppery kick from coriander seeds.
Nose
The aroma of this gin is characterised by a delightful combination of sweetness and piney freshness, with a prominent presence of juniper on the nose.
Palate
The vibrant flavours of citrus from oranges, grapefruits, and lemons intertwine harmoniously, creating a refreshing burst of zestiness. A citrus symphony of summer flavour.
Finish
The finish of this gin is dry, leaving a pleasant sensation, while the coriander seeds contribute a peppery kick that adds an extra layer of spice to the overall taste experience.

Ingredients
Serves 1
50ml Cuckoo Signature Gin
150ml Mediterranean Tonic
Slice of Grapefruit
Juniper Berries
Plenty of Ice
Method
Fill a gin hi ball or balloon glass with ice. Add the gin, tonic and give the drink a light stir. Add the garnish, sit back and enjoy!
Signature Smash Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves 1
60ml Cuckoo Signature Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Jasmine Green Tea
8-10 Mint Leaves
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail glass. Throw in some ice and place metal shaker over the glass. Shake for 5-10 seconds, dirty pour* into a rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
