Cuckoo Sunshine Rum is a fruity and refreshing twist on our Sundowner rum. Crisp raspberry meets rich, dark honey for a golden summer spirit that’s bursting with raspberry flavour. We start with a combination of our home made Lancashire white rum and South American white rum expertly blended and then aged for over six months in ex-bourbon whiskey barrels. This limited-edition spirit is then infused with juicy raspberries and rich dark honey for a smooth, fruity finish.

A warm and enticing aroma awaits from the rich blend of Lancashire and South American white rum aged in bourbon barrels, infused with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, ginger, honey and raspberries.
Palate
Notes of vanilla provide a smooth foundation, while cinnamon and clove add a subtle spiciness. Our own honey ensures a sweet and smooth mouthfeel, whilst raspberries dance away on the tongue
