5ml Cuckoo Solace Gin
35ml Lillet Blanc
25ml Italicus
Garnish with a charred Rosemary sprig and Grapefruit Peel
Method
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir continuously 15 times in each direction to chill your drink and slightly dilute it. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with your charred Rosemary and Grapefruit
